Located on 2 acres in a residential neighborhood, 214 Martin is a senior living community providing retirees 65 and older assisted living support in a residential environment.
Our community offers a maximum capacity for sixteen people promoting independence within a comfortable home-like setting. Each of our 450 square foot suites is equipped with a large, private bathroom. Individually furnished, private telephone and internet service is also available in each suite.
At 214 Martin, we provide residents with social and recreational activities which enhance relationships with friends, family and the community. Our caregivers are dedicated to ensuring a high quality of life for every resident.

Welcome Victoria Gass to 214 Martin Assisted Residence as the new manager. Victoria, a native of this area, is anything but new to long term care. She has worked in nursing homes, assisted living, home health and hospice, but still sees 214 Martin as a fresh experience.
“ I have always wanted to work in real personal care,” Victoria says. “ I will always be there for these residents.” We couldn’t be more excited about Victoria’s arrival, who brings so much experience to the job.
